Delete your RideSquad account

RideSquad is made by Shreyansh. You can delete your account and data in two ways.

Option 1: In the app (instant)

1. Open RideSquad and go to Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Tap Delete forever. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: By email (if you no longer have the app)

1. Send an email to ridesquad.support@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my RideSquad account".
2. Send it from the email address you signed up with, so we can confirm it is your account.
3. We delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email and password) and your profile: name, bike, phone number and emergency contact.
• Your location data, stop check-ins and notification tokens.
• Your membership of all rides and your ride history.
• Rides you created that have not started yet.

What is kept

Finished rides you took part in stay in the other riders' history, and alerts you sent in those rides stay, but without your name or any link to you. Nothing else is kept.
